Do not worry or stress.

Glove sizing is tricky and measurements are a good guess at best. We understand all hands are different. If the size you pick does not work for you we will exchange it for a different size at no cost. We want all of our customers to have the best fitting glove possible.

Use our size chart to estimate your size. If you measure towards the top of a range go for the next size up. For example, an 8" measurement would mean Medium is likely your best fit. 

USA Policy: If you buy a product and it does not fit we will exchange it for one that does at no cost to you. Don't worry about 1Protect products not fitting with our 100% Fit Guarantee. In the USA we will ship all exchanges for free.

International Policy: Because of the high cost of international shipping and the low cost of our product we can not offer free shipping on international exchanges. We will exchange any glove for another size for free for international clients but the customer will have to cover the return shipping costs.

The shipping speed of your order will depend on which shipping service you select at checkout.

At 1Protect we take great pride in fulfilling 99% of our orders same day or next day but after we hand the package over to the carrier we no longer have any control what happens. Many times carriers have tracking glitches, delays and other issues that are completely out of our control.

USPS is very slow for international and at times unreliable for domestic packages. If you select USPS because it is the most economic option please note that delays have been more common then with other carriers.

Shipping delays hurt us as much as you because neither one of us can control them. If you do experience a shipping delay please have patience working with your shipping carrier as they can resolve your issue 99% of the time.
